LIVE 5 AXIS MACHINING

Our latest investment is a Live 5 Axis Deckel Maho Machining Center. This extremely accurate machine is capable of machining some of the most complicated shapes from turbine blades for the areo-space industry to dies, fixtures, mold components along with intricate indexable tooling that requires the tightest of tolerances.

This machine has linear drives, a 30 tool changer, coolant through spindle, laser tool pickup and a Heidenhain probe for on machine verification with measuring accuracy of .0001”. Capacity 20” diameter table, 17” travel on the axis, and can hold .0002” accuracy. Making complex precision fitted components is what this machine is made for.
